Hans-Peter Schmid is CEO of Bank von Roll AG. He has wide and varied experience of the finance and banking sector dating back many years. 

He was employed in a management consultancy role after leaving university, before holding a variety of asset management and private banking posts at a renowned private bank in Geneva and Zurich for 15 years, most recently as Managing Director and member of the Executive Board. 

Mr Schmid studied law at the universities of St. Gallen and Basel. He has also built up in-depth knowledge of European law during his studies at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg and Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg. It is a case of putting this specialist expertise and experience to use in a targeted and efficient manner – for the benefit of our clients.

Philipp Würmli is a member of the Executive Board and Head of Private Banking Switzerland. He brings 25 years of professional and leadership experience in private banking and the financial industry. 

He began his career in 2000 at a major cantonal bank, where he held various management positions. From 2013 to 2022, he was responsible for the Key Clients (UHNWI) segment within the Private Banking division, serving as Team Head at director level. 

In recent years, he has been Head of Private Banking Switzerland at a private bank in Zurich, overseeing the Key Clients and EAM (External Asset Managers) business units.

Philippe Leuenberger is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank von Roll AG. He has more than 20 years of international experience in investment banking, wealth management, and private markets. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, completed an exchange program at Columbia Business School, and earned a lic. rer. pol. degree from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).

August François von Finck is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank von Roll AG and has been in business for more than 20 years. He holds a number of directorships and supervisory mandates in Switzerland and Germany and maintains a majority shareholding in Bank von Roll, Zurich.

Alberto F. Galasso is a member of the Board of Directors of Bank von Roll AG. He is a founding Partner of Financial Partners FP Ltd. in Vaduz. Prior to this, he worked for over fifteen years in various private and major banks in Switzerland and abroad. 

He holds two Master degrees and worked for several years as a lecturer at various universities of applied sciences.

Gregor M. Beck is a member of the Board of Directors of Bank von Roll AG. After completing his studies, he began his career at Deloitte in the Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions department. 

He then successfully realised various entrepreneurial projects in different industries. For more than a decade, he has been active as an independent board member of domestic and foreign companies.
